What to include

• Your connected work email and the app name.
• The date, time and time zone of the problem.
• Whether Zoom and Slack show as connected in the bot.
• The visible error code or message, with any passwords, tokens and authorization codes removed.

Security reports

Report suspected unauthorized access to the technical contact. Describe the affected feature and reproduction steps without including another person's data or live credentials. Do not perform disruptive tests against the production service.
