Prasolov Slack Status

Show that you are in a Zoom meeting in the company Slack workspace. The integration sets a meeting status when your Slack status is empty and clears only the status it created after you leave.

Connect your accounts

  1. You must be an authorized employee with access to the company Slack workspace and Prasolov bot. This integration does not offer public account registration.
  2. Open the Prasolov bot in Slack. Use Підключення (Connections) in its menu or Home tab, or send it автостатус.
  3. Select the Slack connection button and consent to reading and updating your own Slack profile status.
  4. Select the Zoom connection button. Sign in with the same work email shown in your Slack profile and review the requested permissions.
  5. After the confirmation page says the permission was saved, return to the bot. Confirm that Slack and Zoom are connected and automatic status is enabled.

Connection links are personal, single-use and expire after 15 minutes. Generate a new link from the bot if an old one expires. Do not share an authorization link or an OAuth code.

What the integration can access

This Zoom app does not create meetings or access recordings, meeting content, participant lists, Zoom chat messages, audio or video. Slack consent is a separate authorization.

Use automatic status

Join a Zoom meeting with your connected Zoom account. The backend checks presence approximately every 30 seconds. If your Slack status is empty, it sets 📅 «На зустрічі». After you leave, a short grace period prevents status flicker. The integration clears only its own exact status. If you set a manual Slack status, it preserves that status.

Network failures or API limits can delay updates. A calendar event by itself does not establish Zoom presence. Other integrations, including Google Meet, have separate consent and are outside this Zoom app's permissions.

Turn off or remove the integration

  1. In the bot's Connections panel, turn automatic status off. The next successful checks clear the status owned by the integration; your manual status remains.
  2. To revoke Zoom access, sign in to Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps, locate Prasolov Slack Status, and select Remove. Zoom's interface labels may vary by language.
  3. To revoke Slack profile access as well, remove the corresponding app authorization in your Slack account or ask your workspace administrator.
  4. For deletion of the stored connection record and related application data, contact our support contact from your work email. Turning synchronization off or removing the Zoom authorization does not automatically erase the stored application record.
